The true top business minds and finance geniuses don't need an additional degree to go on to make millions.
Many people on here say how PE/VC firms require that one get an MBA, but I'm pretty sure that's bullshit. If you're an absolute stud who can bring in millions for the firm, I highly doubt they'll be pushing you out the door to get an MBA. |

Companies don't require additional education for those who have already demonstrated that they are truly unique talents who are ready to do great things for the company right now. |

Not needing an MBA only applies to the very top business minds who have demonstrated that they can contribute in a major way right now. If one needs more schooling, they aren't in that category. |

most people getting MBAs just want to switch industries/roles/functions, get some additional credibility, and learn some more skills. even at top programs, most MBAs aren't expecting to become millionaire ballers. |
