with the right inputs you can basically guarantee that you'll make $160,000 plus bonus at 24 or 25.
some people find it interesting. of course no job is awesome all the time, but having actually worked in one of the 2-3 careers that xo jerks off to being "SO MUCH >>>> LAW" i can say there's plenty of incredibly boring shit required grinding pitchbooks/excel/ppt etc.
for many if not most, lots of the "advice" on xo about how everyone should "just do ibanking/MBB/CS/code academy/MBA/med school/sales/etc. etc. etc., BRO" actually boils down to "just be a different person than who you actually are, bro."
