And it's not a few bucks. If you go private through elem school, that's 8-9 years of school at $30-40k per year, per kid.
So, for 2 kids, at $35k per year, that's over half a mil, after tax. |

Why test kids for entrance to these schools if you are going to let people in that aren't at the same level. You have to teach to the LDC in these cases. |

I know it was a college but the court said that violated the equal protection clause and was unconstitutional |

Technically some white kid with a criminal father or a white kid whose family just moved to the US from Romania should also be eligible
