EZ- Barbell Curl (3x8)
Alternating Dumbbell Curl (3x8)
Closed Grip Bench Press (3x8)
Triceps Pushdown (3x8)
Workout B: 2 times per week
Dumbbell Bench Press (3x8)
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press (3x8)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press (3x8)
Overhead Barbell Press (3x8)
I just started working out, Skinny Fat here (5'10, 165lbs)want to get into shape for the summer. Not looking to get super swole. More like a soccer physique.

You have muscles below your waist, brother, they're actually the most important ones.
In addition I'd do less arms, more back, and more shoulders, and more variety in chest.
