black teenagers - black people as a group are generally fine, but roaming bands of black teenagers are definitely aggressive and violent. worldstar videos have exposed a lot of people to the reality of this situation. even the girls are apt to fuck with people they perceive as vulnerable. these kids typically have very little parenting, unpleasant home lives, they're alienated in society and thus very territorial about the one place they fit in (their hood), and they goad each other into doing predatory/violent things that they probably wouldn't pursue on their own. adult black people will tell you the same things about black teenagers if they're being candid.
neighbor disputes - they tend to go from 0-100 for stupid reasons and there is very little rational dialogue. when "it's on," which frequently becomes the case with no warning or discussion, all bets are off and the hostility is extreme. small disagreements turn into all out war because communication immediately shuts down.
black people also don't do as much to beautify and maintain there homes and property, but that's not really a black specific thing so much as poorer people in general. still, even in nicer black suburbs, things are frequently more drab and not kept up very well.
you also have to realize that in a black area, you get a completely different suite of retail business and eateries, with customer service and safety issues you might expect. again, has more to do with poverty than black people specifically, but they're bootstrapped issues. |
