IFNB has substance so to speak. Even before the LORD created an extensive mythology behind it, it could stand on its own.

Diaper threading is inherently meaningless. It usually amounts to nothing more than replacing one word in the title of another poast with ‘diaper.’ But as such it’s a parody of itself, and of forcememes generally.

Poasters become frustrated with it because it appears everywhere and doesn’t amount to anything substantive, as IFNB threading does. They therefore see it as disruptive to the normal course of poasting. But what they don’t understand is that its meaninglessness is its very point. It is a performed absurdity on are bort. It isn’t supposed to make them laugh on account of its content. Its comedic value comes in the very fact that it is present yet thoroughly pointless.

Diaper threading is probably less robust to the passage of time than is IFNB threading because it doesn’t have its own substance and depends more on the constant resolve of diaperpoasters to continuously perform. But it is of value in its own right.

Let them have their diaperpoasts.
