I was blown away but how nothing bad ever happened. I always expected to walk into an apartment and see a dead body or be attacked or something but it was all good.
Worst things (that i knew about) that happened were a party that happened at my place and 3 teens who obviously did some drugs. About 5% of the guests would leave cum stains on the sheets. The vast majority that rented from me were people in DC for a few days - tourists who i imagine just slept and showered at my places. |
