That was a classy goodbye.
That said, everyone had tons of notice. These cuts were announced months ago and ESPN was actively talking to talent's agents asking them to take substantial cuts. Many who didn't that were deemed non-essential were eliminated.
It's cold, but that dude was probably making close to $500k a year for many years once he started appearing on TV. He'll be fine. NBA TV should hire him. I'd be shocked if MLB TV doesn't hire Jason Stark.
