Also walk like 5-10 minutes to and from work.

Also take like a 15 minute walk middle of the day.

So I'm sure it's an OK amount.

Looks like 4,500/day during the week (short 10 minute walking commute to work) and 10,000/day during the weekend. I hit 40,000/day a few times when we we go hiking.

Currently around 15k per day. I have a daily goal of at least 8000 and often hit 20-25k on the weekends. This accounts for about 2-3 hours of running a week, another 2-3 hours of lifting/calisthenics, 2-3 hours of tennis, 1-2 hours of taking walks and having small children. I'm extremely active and can't stand to sit still unless I'm billing, boozing or watching TV.
