Ted also showed signs of extreme mental illness since he was like 2 years old and it got much worse when he was involved in psych experiments at Harvard and got rejected for sex change surgery |

If you parachuted him into an investment bank as MD, he'd whip the whole place into shape, find crazy efficiencies, run a tight ship.
Instead he was left to noodle around like a meandering guitar solo. He got caught on a nasty riff about machines ruining the world and kept playing on while nobody was there to listen or critique. |
