yes, i think gambling/prediction markets is going to be the biggest use for ethereum.
zcash is more tightly integrating with ethereum. of all the cryptos, zcash imo offers the strongest guarantee of anonymity. there are world class cryptographers working on it.
ethereum may also be integrating privacy features into the protocol itself, too.
