smoking hand rolled cigs in the snow is one of my favorite little memories. |

You will have to exclude the chunky, oily and flavored ones.
I would go to a pipe shop that sells tobacco by weight, explain your situation and ask if you can have a little sample of everything they think is suitable, then pay for a combined weight, or whatever they charge per sample.
My favorite, when I smoked, was Red Rapparee from Rattray.
Good perique tobacco imho is Dunbar from Esoterica Tobacciana.

Make sure not to use a filter if you roll - it's a yuge prole tell. |
