Why is UGA ranked in the top 4?

Imo, the top 4 should be the teams most likely to make the playoffs, so Bama, TCU, tOSU, and Clemson. |

If ND, UGA, Bama and Clemson all win out, aside from UGA losing to Alabama and nobody remains undefeated, then those four are your playoff and there are going to be some mad conferences.
