Exercise, meditation, music, etc. Can you talk to your therapist about these issues asap? Throwing up from anger/stress is really unhealthy =(

part of the stress come from having a gf.. i feel somehow responsible for her happiness. it happens with every single girlfriend i have had. |

I feel like youre stressed out bc youre still mad at ex wife and havent finished processing/dealing w that relationship and now youre in a new one.
Take a deep breath and try not to freak/stress out about it too much. Your situation isnt that bad. I know you have all these feelings right now that are stressing you out but realistically your situation isnt terrible. Youve got a good job, money, youre sober, and have a gf that you like. Thats better than many people have, myself included. So take a deep breath, try to relax, and tell yourself everything is ok. =)
