imagine doing that with late Wittgenstein but question begging THE LAW and u have legal positivism which is true as far as it goes but not very interesting
the main opponent was Dworkin (the Catholic natural lawyers get about as much respect as they deserve which isn't much) who basically just called them spergs insensate to value (true) but it didn't go very far. Part of this was because all parties to this debate were and are shitlibs who have a vested interest in looking at nothing too closely. |
