Now that I'm no longer on drugs I took xo's advice and decided to try to find a hobby or "goal."
I decided that my first project will be my body. I want to have a perfect body.
I am already tall and thin with long legs and bid boobs but I want do be perfect. My butt ia big but it needs to bw higher and firmer. I want toned abs (without looking too masculine). I want toned arms (bit not too muscular).
Can I do it? What should I do? Would a trainer help?

Eat less and work out more. It's really that easy. Trainers are stupid. They literally just take some bullshit test online and don't really know anything.
Eat a calorie deficit each week, download myfitnesspal to track calories, and hit the gym 4 days a week for an hour each time.
I have a 350lb bench and jacked arms. If you are in LA I'll train you if you come to my gym.

I'm an exercise moron though.
I don't even know how to lift a set of weights.
How do I know what exercise and stuff to do....?

If extravert join a serious powerlifting gym. Get to know people.
If introvert, start watching lots of powerlifting videos on YouTube.

The cost/benefit ratio for trainers is horrible imo. The only thing they do is get you out to the gym.
If you want a good body, the only two things you need to do to start out is (i) stop fucking eating and (ii) all the basic lifts.

agreed, although I'm not fit so I'm the opposite of an expert
anytime I've tried a trainer, they're like "hey, clearly unathletic person, do this fancy as fuck combo thing over and over even though you're out of shape and have no muscle memory for this kind of planky whatever the fuck"
I stopped with those guys and if I do weights I do squats, lunges, and dips (hate arms, though - hate arms) - plus stair climber and/or intervals
point being: don't overcomplicate it - basics are easier to build a routine around

trainers are wastes of money. They don't know shit and their goal is to train you with bullshit unnecessary exercises that coincidentally require a second person to do the work out.
I taught nyuug how to lift in 3 fucking days and that will last him for the rest of his life.
That said, you lack self control, so I would focus on laying off the smack for now. Maybe take up running if you like - but without eating a pizza every day afterwards.

run and stop going to mcdonalds. Depending on how overweight you might be now, one danger of getting off the smack is weight gain (or so I assume).
Fixing your diet is 99% of your goal - which is presumably to look as good as possible.
If you desperately need motivation to wake up earlier to work out and find fellow cult members to motivate you, then join crossfit. And I NEVER tell people to join crossfit. I think their exercises are retarded, but you aren't at the point where that matters.

this is a distillation of the best advice in this thread.
all I can add is that if you REALLY want to look better, you really just need to lose weight. learn how to cook and eat well. i guarantee your diet is pure garbage.
if you really, really want to start with some modest fitness, go for a 45 minute rapid walk every night, then do some modest pilates/p90x shit from youtube when you get home. that's it. tighten up your core and lose some weight. you'll be amazed.
if you want more after that and you're not having any issues with your defective drug brain, then start going to the gym and learning to lift. anyone and everyone who simply says "OK DER DUH GONNA START LIFTING WEIGHTS SO I LOOK LIKE INSTAGRAM DERRRRRRRR" inevitably ends up going for a few weeks and then quitting with zero progress.

who cares, it's crazily subjective.
you are probably already aware that most white guys aren't into 'thick' black women like you, and I don't know how you shake out with guys who are attracted to women who look like you.
you have a decent body but nothing special aside from the tits. otherwise you're medium build, looks like a not a great hip/waste ratio (slim hips and boxy torso), can't see your ass but if you're black and never exercise, it's probably on the large side but not particularly round and developed.
outside of your above-average (. ) ( .) endowment, there is nothing special about you. to get a smoking hot body you would have to do significant recomp and likely have to put in 10X more effort than would really be worth it.

Go find a powerlifting or bodybuilding gym. Not a nice gym that's all clean. Find the cheaper one that smells like ball sweat and has a ton of metal and chalk everywhere. Go to the squat rack. Tell the guy wearing a weight belt and knee wraps that you've never squatted, and ask for some help. Do what he says.
Then go home and watch form videos like the ones here: http://www.canditotraininghq.com/
Go to the gross, ball sweat smelling musclenut gym every day and follow the programs listed on that site.
Eat less. You have a few options here - you can cut carbs, which will make you more shredded after a week or two of feeling like shit, or you can simply eat the same things as ever, but just 20-25% less of them.
That's pretty much it.
Every time you're not on drugs and you get bored, go to the gym and do another set of pullups.

Personal trainers are worthless unless you’re seriously going to train to become a fitness pro/ bikini athlete.
In your 30s, your muscle gain will be modest, anyhow, so it’s not as if a trainer will help you achieve a spectacularly cut or built physique without maximal effort . Plus, if you’ve never lifted, yiur30s aren’t the time to start, unless you want to injure yourself.
Take up yoga, Pilates, or something like Zumba. Eat high protein and high carbs, but low fat. Cut calories to under 1500 per day. That’s it. If you do that consistently, your body will be an age-adjusted 9.

Think this is a question of what you know about yourself.
If youre autistic or insanely motivated a gym would work and a good trainer would be able to help you on form (squat etc). If youre not doing independent research on how to do this, then i dont think youre thos sort of person.
Most women/non sportsmos will get bored by training in a gym and quit (and just cancel the trainer or eat the cost) so its usually better to do a class or sport to stay involved.
Crossfit, kickboxing, yoga, soulcycle etc
Which of those you pick is also a personality thing

As others have said, eat less, workout more. Don't worry too much about how or what you're doing to work out. Just find something you enjoy doing and get into it. Initially, you might want to try out a few things, for sure I'd throw swimming into the mix. I've never been to a gym w/ a pool that didn't have swimming "olds" w/ fit as fuck bodies despite being 50+++. You really can't go wrong mixing in 30-45 min of swimming into a weekly routine.
Trainers are generally flame, and unnecessary unless you're really clueless and incapable of devising a routine on your own. If you absolutely are insistent of having a trainer, get one with CSCS; it's one of the only "real" certifications. All the rest are pay money / take an online test types. College and NFL trainer-types will often have a CSCS, not some CPT nonsense.

Recently started this. Doing 3 things.
1. Eating less. Simply.
2. I go to the gym. I am intimidated by the POWERLIFTING studs and I don't like the culture. Instead I use the other machines that focus on particular muscles (back, arms, etc) and row on the machine and light cardio.
3. I made sure to get GNC supplements to help.
So far I have lost several pounds and probably gained some muscle but I hear it takes a few months to notice anything.
You probably would benefit from like 5 sessions with a personal training explaining you're a noob and want someone to walk you through what to do each time. Then you can do it yourself and it's up to you and your discipline to eat less and work out.

I've had personal trainers that were fully paid by the companies I've worked for (as a thank-you for being in the running team representing them.)
If you have the money, I find them worth it. They will push you to your limits, are usually in a good mood and you will end up sore. When I exercise on my own, I push myself around 80% whereas these guys push you to reach your 100%.
If anything, try them for a month and then go solo. If you find you still need them you'll know what it's like.

1) Good choice to make this change.
2) Wouldn't spend money on a trainer unless you really have no experience lifting at all. Even then, it may be a better use of your time and money to buy Kayla Itsines' BBG, or just find a decent powerlifting routine online (can recommend several if you want). Youtube has a plethora of resources.
3) Diet is key here - unless you're early 20s and have excellent athletic history, you can't just eat what you want. Figure out goals, track calories, use intermittent fasting and low carbs to burn fat, and eat lots of protein.
Not complex, but you're not gonna change overnight. People who are strong got strong by doing the basics correctly over a long period of time. Same with people who look incredible. Be patient, be disciplined, and realize that it's really worth your time, even when you don't see immediate results.
