Jfc sorry man
Cop dem opioids?
We’re the dental issues youre suffering from caused by the attempted implant or did they make a pre existing condition worse ?
For me it was the latter. Except the procedure I had done made things substantially worse than they were before.

I don't really like opioids as they make me nauseated as shit because I can't take in any fluids.
I have never had good teeth but the implant was an absolute fucking nightmare made worse by the fact the general dentist didn't give a shit about my suffering.
How did you recover? Tell me your story please.

I went through a tough time and lost all desire to go the gym or work out.
The way I broke it was by doing EASY workouts. For example, peak I could probably bench 235x10. After a few months of no/minimal working out, the best initial session I probably could have had was 185x5 and it would have been brutal mentally and physically. Instead I just went for 135x10 (and equivalent effort on everything else), got in and out in 35 minutes barely breaking a sweat. Next time 155, next time 175.
Takes a bit longer to get back up to speed this way (but not as long as you'd think, because recovery time is way shorter). And obviously it's much faster than not going to the gym at all because you can't mentally handle 100% effort. Also avoids risk of injuries that could derail a comeback.

i had a nightmare that after i killed myself i found myself somewhere in darkness, with all my senses gone, but still there. like, no release into nothingness, just no sensory input.
then i woke up and went to work.

I don't have a chronic illness but I understand it's really hard to live with them. There are many people out there going through similar things. Not flame, have you tried a support group? It might help to talk to other people with your problem, just to know you aren't going through it alone. Also they might have tips and tricks that could make your life a little easier.
In med school, people with serious illnesses would often come in to my classes and talk about how they were first diagnosed, what it was like dealing with the medical system, and how it impacted their lives living with disease. It was really eye-opening, and the experience was rewarding, that they could get some sense of meaning by helping. Lots of people get involved with advocacy groups, etc. It sounds a little gay, but in truth, it's worth considering, especially if you are struggling.

JFC>
I find it shocking how some people barely even notice if they're sick, or if they do, they just don't give a fuck and ignore it.
Other people feel no worse, but make a big fucking deal about it like women.
