It was first used to refer to kids who were the class of 2000 (b 1982) so I’d roughly class millennials as early 80s through any age old enough to remember 9/11. (1995-6?) after this they’re something else for sure. Kids born in 2000 had iPhones when they were 8 or 9 and millennials didn’t even have cell phones at all until 12 or 13.
