you already have a LP and it's meant to be a single cut. If you want a double cut guitar get a SG or maybe an Ibanez artist which I feel like is a really underrated guitar.
But you are a gibson guy. If I were you and I wanted something a little different, and like the double cut look, I would get an ES 339 studio.

yeah I remember when you got that guitar. It's 180.
I honestly don't really like SGs very much except for my friend's vintage 1973 SG. But even he barely plays that and mostly uses his newer LP.
The Ibanez AR series are very nice double cut guitars and are reasonably priced. Here's an example:

Also, I was inches away from buying an es 339 studio a couple years ago. They have been vastly improved since that time though I know you look down your nose at Gibson studio models.
