Just picked up a copy from Borders Santana Row. They weren't on the shelf yet (had one of the employees check in the back). She said they just arrived this morning, and the shelves are usually stocked during the afternoon shift.
Headlines:
-Top 6 remain the same, but Harvard closes the gap on Yale.
-Michigan gets PWN3D.
-Duke soars.
-Cornell and Boalt flat.

its def not a scan of last yrs- i just checked it.
it looks pretty legit..and i cant think of a time in the past where harvard was only 2pts away from yale, had a 170-176 25/75lsat, and penn was one pt from chicago

Only showing a scan of the t14 instead of the entire first page is kind of suspicious, but I don't see any clear signs of photoshopping.
EDIT: is it just me, or do the two right-hand column headers look more upright than the other columns? Those two columns, which list the year, seem slightly darker and less inverted.

Yeah, but the numbers in those columns are new, right? I mean last year Harvard's overall assessment score definitely wasn't 98, and the GPA/LSATs seem legit.
Really doesn't seem like a photoshop job.

To be fair it's the T13, not the T14. Who knows why he cut it off there.
In any case, if this was photoshopped, he had to photoshop a lot more than the column headers... the numbers seem completely new.
