Should I feel bad about taking my full 3-month paternity leave?

the environment is more stuffy and corporate (but overall collegial) i'd say. current company is 3-6 years old but relatively prestigious.
the commute admittedly is a big draw especially because wife's job is 10 minutes away from this new company and we might consider moving to that area.
however, lately, we've been thinking about risking it all and moving abroad, which makes me question whether i need to rock the boat at all right now. |
