Fun is relative. Not your "usual" college experience, probably. But I eventually learned to like it. Nearly 0 women in my day.

MIT has humanities and social sciences requirements. When I went we had a freshman year 2 course classics requirement - Greek followed by Roman/European. Minimum of 8 HASS classes to graduate. Of course they include economics and psychology as HASS. I took a neurophysiology course that counted for humanities credit. However, most students take more than the required number of classes, and many are autodidacts, so you come across some broadly educated people in spite of the tech focus. However, if you don't love STEM it will be a hateful experience.
