Neither; practical good all around firearm. Good grip; probably best double stack with 15+ rounds you can buy today; light weight; this is my girl's EDC cause she likes the light weight and prefers a larger magazine.

Primary Arms makes the universally agreed upon best value red dot for people who aren't otherwise interested in guns. Other options are Holosun or for the absolutely destitute you can get a Bushnell TRS-25

pull-up machine an bands are a waste of time

buy a pull-up bar over your door get to where you can do 10 negatives under control (stand on a chair, jump up, and slowly lover yourself)

when you can do this; you should be able to do 1; lose weight if you can't, when you can do 1 pull-up; do 10 singles a day for a week, bump it to 20 a day the next week, it doesn't matter how far apart they are

week 3 you should be able to do 3 in a set; do 3 pull-ups a day for 6 days while still doing your singles (during commercials; whatever so you're doing 1 set of triples a day and then your singles) and max out 7th day

2 days off, now you start ladders, do 5, 1, 4, 3, 2 and keep doing this for a week; bump up the number by 1 every 10 days

when you can do 8, run this program

https://www.strongfirst.com/the-fighter-pullup-program-revisited/

closer-ish grip outside shoulder width; palms facing you; brace your abs (important), legs behind you crossedover, think about pulling up with the lats, chest up, don't go all the way up, chin to top is fine, don't crash like an elevator on the way down but don't go intentionally slow; hit the bottom, hang for a second at most, go back up

1) for safety; you risk hyperextending your joints

2) for maximum back development you don't need it, lats maximally activate at about that distance for most people; if you're a shortmo you should go higher at the top; if you're a tallmo you're fine just at chin
