It's essentially no more difficult to deliver two pizzas vs. one, nor should it matter if you're getting a cheese pizza vs. one twice as expensive with a bunch of toppings
$2-3 is pretty fine on most orders
If you live pretty far from the restaurant > tip more
If the weather is super shitty or it's really late > tip more
If you live really close > tip less
