If you can get ten aligned citizens in the same room meeting with an elected official, you will get your local views enacted for most things.
It goes without saying that you will be most effective if you are well funded as well. Chambers of Commerce and Developers set the agenda generally. |

Might want to try to reverse engineer how the main power orgs in your state are set up and funded. Probably differs between large states and small states. |
