He owns a production company creatively called "Entertainment Studios". Not sure about other cable providers but FIOS has at least 5-6 channels (all appended with ".TV" in their name) with ES content. There's Pets.TV, Recipe.TV, Comedy.TV, and others.
All the channels have the same schtik: a small handful of very hastily and poorly produced episodes that air in random rotation. Every single say, the same handful of episodes. Most of them are almost a decade old. They gring out revenue from adverts for catheters, shitlaw class actions, funeral expense life insurance, that kind of stuff.
It's funny because in terms of production quality they've very much done a "nigger job" and clearly didn't give two shits about quality. But man, 6+ channels has to be really profitable. It's impressive to think about. |
