You age a lot between 30-40, no matter how you take care of yourself. You just don't have the energy and stamina of a 30 year old when you're 40. I went through all the awkward toddler and young children phases in my early-mid 30s. Can't imagine going through that in my 40s! In my early 40s my kids will be hitting their teens, which is a different set of issues, but nowhere as physically demanding as having young children. |
