A competent lawyer wouldn't have drafted an agreement that made references to one party's representations and obligations and then failed to get the party's consent.
A competent lawyer would have drafted the agreement so that Trump was simply an express third-party beneficiary.
Those fuck ups are what gave Stormy a solid foothold. |

2. The agreement listed the evidence against Trump in exhaustive detail. There are images, for instance, etc. Holy fuck, just say everything and leave it there.
3. EC LLC should have been a one-use shell corporation. Also, he didn't even use a registered agent for service. The dumb fuck put his own name on the publicly-available paperwork, making it easy for reporters to pwn him. |
