12.5mg of tetrabenazine: reduces my tics by 50%, in my estimate (manages dopamine levels which are thought to contribute to tics) 10mg XR of adderall: helps to treat high correlation of ADHD and tics 37.5 mg of venlafaxine: helps offset tetrabenazine side effect of depression (increases serotonin) 150mg XL of bupropion: helps offset venlafaxine side effects, usually related to penis functionality 1 horny goat weed pill: really helps with sex drive 1 anti-allergy pill: poor jew allergies
then 6-10 hours later I take another 12.5mg tetrabenazine
I used to take 3, but I think decreasing the tetrabenazine helps lower my chances of depression. Down side is that I get more tics in the evening because I don't have as much medication in my system, but stress is usually lower at night so I have fewer tics anyway. But it's just the trade off I need to make. Might also pave the way to eventually get off venlafaxine. |

I see a primary care doc for the adderall (every quarter)
I see a psychologist for the tetrabenazine, buproprion, and venlafaxine (every quarter)
I see a neurologist who is just evaluating and managing me, probably my biggest waste of time but they're 2x a year
