Could've picked any specialty he wanted, but chose Family Medicine so he could be there for rural poors who had no doctors for miles. He was drinking at a school party and smashed this obese, putrid cow (high-T, I suppose). Next day she realizes she was just used for a quick fuck and admits her disappointment to their mutual friends. The week after, she concocts a scheme to go to Title IX and report raep. Apparently he lightly slapped/choked the heifer (as you would to any millennial woman); she argues that she never consented to this. Proceeds to hire some renowned Title IX lawyer and has him cut down with relative ease. He wasn't able to have her cross-examined and he couldn't bring in the testimony of the people who she confided her regret to immediately after the act. Why does Title IX still exist in Trump's America? |

Usually these "investigations" are more concerned with protecting the university from liability rather than justice. I doubt the university takes that step unless there is pretty overwhelming evidence of guilt.
