Texas school had shooting plan, 2 armed police officers

Sanfa Fe high school had:
1. Two armed police officers walked the halls of the high school.
2. In February, two weeks after the Parkland shooting, Santa Fe High went into lockdown after a false alarm of an active-shooter situation, resulting in a huge emergency response. The school won a statewide award for its safety program.
3. Still had 13 wounded and 10 dead.
