Everything bought at Costco:
1. Almond milk
2. Whey protein powder
3. Coconut oil
4. Peanut butter
5. Frozen Broccoli (and/or Kale)
6. Frozen Berries (for taste)
7. Coffee beans
8. Hempseeds
9. Morninga powder
10. Turmeric
11. Chia seeds
12. Cacao powder
13. Matcha powder
14. Maca powder
I combine 8-14 into small individual containers that last two weeks to streamline shit. All in all, prep time is about 3 minutes every morning.
