What do you think keto will do for you? Vascularity comes from having muscles that need the blood supply and a low body fat so it doesn't hide the vessels.
Keto will help you preserve muscle while losing fat. Its strength is as a MUSCLE-SPARING DIET. It's not more efficient at losing fat. It's not better for getting muscles. Its primary strength is that when you start eating a deficit to cut fat, for whatever reason you will keep more of the muscle on than a normal calorie-deficit diet.
Are you skinny fat or rail thin? At your weight and height, I can't see you being anything other. Either way, you don't need a muscle-sparing diet right now.
