Doctor Charging My Mom $35 Admin Fee To Obtain An Insurance Pre-Authorization

greedy doctor's office is trying to charge her a $35 (((administrative fee))) to request the pre-authorization.
no way the insurance company's contract with the doctor allows them to charge this sort of fee, right?
my mom is gonna fight this surely. will poast updates. |
