overall this season has been much better aside from the snoozefest german plot. nacho being in fewer scenes has really helped the show pick up steam, and make his character worth watching again instead of "guy taking up filler time"
as much as it may pain XO, the death of Chuck and winding down of "Biglaw the TV Show" has made for a much tighter series and actual drama instead of "Chuck puts on and takes off a foil coat, Hamlin licks a postage stamp, and Mike gives a wooden plank a puzzled look" week after week. I was thoroughly bored halfway through season 3 but can't wait to see how things play out now |

the lubbock scene was way overdone for a simple plan switcheroo.
mike's guys didn't see werner shine a fucking laser pointer. also that huge open field, nobody watching it even from the other direction for cops or cartel coming?
the bar scene, the most boring also, was deadly accurate. but i don't need to see that shit in a gangsta show.
edit: anything with lalo was amazing. the bell scene with a giddy crippled hector was 180. |
