I'm not exactly sure how I should start off this right now, as I remain quite flustered as to what happened.

Earlier today, I was at XS for the Chainsmokers with my friends to celebrate my 25th birthday. Shortly after entering, we proceeded to the bar. Now, as far as I understand, XS is a smoke-friendly environment. However, a female bartender named Susan somehow chose to swear at me with the f and s word for smoking nearby the bar. After that, I asked to speak to the manager, who then apologized on her behalf. Her picture is attached below.

We proceeded onto the night waiting for the headliner. I went back to the bar again, as I exhausted my beverage at the time. But, I was refused service by Susan, the same bartender, and I was not very happy about that. I spoke to the manager again, who then referred me to the security manager on duty -- whom I understand was Tiahre. She somehow decided that I was being "overly aggressive" because I was using the f and s word that I was telling her to communicate EXACTLY the same words that Susan used verbatim. She wasn't really listening to my concern, I found. So I took a picture of her, which I am hereby attaching below.

Then, she deemed me as a security risk (?) and had be banned from the property for perpetuity (I was instructed that it would count as a misdemeanor, should I choose to come to the property again).

I'm flabbergasted. I'm not even pissed -- rather, i feel helpless and depressed. No actions that I presented during the night warranted any of this. I've been a loyal customer for years. I love the company and the brand -- as a matter of fact, I named my 12 week old new puppy Wynn, because I love everything about you guys.

However, I am utterly devastated from what happened. It completely ruined my 25th birthday and nothing can be done to rectify it.
