Taking advice on tapering off of Vyvanse.....

Current plan is: -2 days on just the 40 mg of Vyvanse. -2 days on ~35mg Vyvanse -2 days on ~30mg Vyvanse -2 days on ~25mg Vyvanse -2 days on ~20mg Vyvanse -2 days on ~15mg Vyvanse -2 days on ~10mg Vyvanse -2 days on ~5mg Vyvanse Then be done. Also going to bump up from 2 to four cups of coffee per day during the process. Also starting smoking a Juul during the process. Will taper off on the nicotine after done tapering off of the Vyvanse.
Thoughts? |

More or less stuck to the plan, except I just went totally off after 2-3 days at 20mg Vyvanse.
No noticeable withdrawal effects.
Plan is to keep Juuling the next 5 days and then ween off of that. Then ween off of Coffee.
Then get on a habit of using Vyvanse 1-2 days a week. |
