Is it pretty easy for Rutgers Law grads to teach at Harvard, Penn, etc?

From her wiki - "Early in her career, Warren became a proponent of on-the-ground research based on studying how people actually respond to laws in the real world. Her work analyzing court records, and interviewing judges, lawyers, and debtors, established her as a rising star in the field of bankruptcy law."
This is sort of the problem with AA. She was a highly cited professor with a ton of papers. But we'll never know the truth.

to be fair this isn't a great line of criticism. warren did not go to particularly prestigious schools (UH and Rutgers), but from what i understand she did well at both of them (LR at Rutgers) and chose both schools because they were in the city her husband was working at the time. seems hypocritical, given its usual stance on female careers and shrewness, for xo to shit on her for going to local/regional/commuter schools in order to better fulfill her commitments to her family.
also, warren established herself as a preeminent academic in the fields of bankruptcy and secured transaction. idk if her supposed NA status helped her become a professor--supposedly she identified as white, not NA, for several years after she'd gotten hired at Penn law--but regardless, she wasn't in an academic field where you can just fake and bullshit. it's not like she was a professor of bullshit gender studies writing intractable garbage papers about how dog parks facilitate rape culture.
if she lied then she should get smacked for lying, not because her academic career was a total fraud. her academic career, in itself, wasn't fraud at least not in any other sense than that in which ALL law professors are frauds.
