He said, this is how it works from here, “I want you to meet with this other higher up we have. Then we will all get together and decide. You should know by next week. If it’s a yes, we will call you in again and give you an offer which we will expect you to accept on the spot. Do you have any questions, any questions at all about anything.” I didn’t have any questions because I just want a job to go to again. How fucked? |

Edit: also, they were clear up front and told me that they would not be offering me a market salary. But they said they had good benefits to compensate for the lack of real compensation. |
