Take the oil fields to the south in Russia rather than focus on the north.
Tell Japan not to bomb Pearl Harbor. Japan could have achieved its goal (oil) by taking over the British and Dutch territories in the South Pacific without antognizing the US into war. The US was not going to do anything about it.
Tactical level stuff early in the war: use land forces to capture/kill the French and British at Dunkirk rather than try to bomb them.
U-boat attack on scapa flow with more than one fucking u-boat.
Continue to bomb airfields/radar rather than switch to the blitz.
Secure the French fleet with German sailors rather than the Vichy.
