there is a huge attrition rate of teachers...50% in five years or something like that...why? When our elites racially integrated america, the schools had to stopping allowing teachers to really discipline kids...before integration, the teachers could paddle the kids right in front of the class...but the blacks would not put up with it, and the elites will do whatever the blacks want...

once the teachers lost the power to paddle and humiliate in front of the class, it became all about people skills...and in a racially mixed school, it is a nightmare for teachers who do not have a a certain level of people skills

I had history and social studies teachers who dryly read from prepared notes. Most of the class slept. They didn’t care. I had PE teachers who showed us videos of Chicago Fire type shows because the first aid scenes passed as educational? On the other hand if you are trying to teach a foreign language you are going to have to be constantly interacting and need all students to study outside class in order to make a valuable contribution in class.
