The school I primarily do UG interviews at has a grading policy that makes it extremely tough.
Of course though when I interview at Harvard, these profiles are a dime a dozen. |

I don't think my stats greatly vary from other interviewers overall, though I should compare.
The reason the stats are high is because it's a sample of people already selected to interview. Not counted are the 400 people at NYU Stern that dropped but didn't get one of 60 interview slots. |

As far as doing crazy stuff on an expense account, something like renting a private plane or setting up a team event in vegas is pretty fun. Budgets are pretty generous as far as expenses and if the partner thinks its fun, the sky is the limit. |

His base is something like $230-250k, and his bonus is anywhere between 50-150% of that.

McK also now allows people to skip Associate level and go to EM directly, so you could be 25-26.
