think of your body as a car or a machine. totally disusing a car or abusively using it will both ruin it quickly
work out (some lifting, some cardio) within reason (don't try to be some meathead)
no processed foods, alcohol, coffee, drugs
eat organic
eat lots of veggies fruits and greens
no sugar or high fructose corn syrup or other sweet shit outside of special occasions. like not even cereal in the morning
avoid too much or too little sun, extreme climates in general
eat lots of antioxidants
drink a gallon of water a day
eat lots of fiber, have regular and healthy poops (connected to good diet)
don't overdo it meats and fried foods (see no processed foods)
don't live in some high pollution city area
sleep 8+ hours a day
avoid taking medications unnecessarily (sometimes after a minor medical procedure you have some pain, no need to down a ton of tylenol or painkillers; also just dont do shit like get hungover and need as an aspirin)
avoid lots of electronics or living near power lines or other radiation releasing machinery or tools
generally live a 180 life and be happy - low stress but mentally stimulating job, CR wife, regular sex, kids, hobbies you care about, good friends you talk to and joke about, home you like

1) Diet that keeps your blood sugar low and flat and your insulin low and flat. Just avoid all sugar & processed food and eat lots of veggies basically. Spend $50 on a blood glucose monitor if you like numbers. Only grass-fed/finished red meat. Only wild caught fish. Only organic everything.
2) Time restricted eating window most days (8 hours eating window)
3) Occasional 3-4 day fasts.
4) Occasional week long fasting mimicking diet (Google Valter Longo)
5) Buy and take NAD suppliment
6) Buy and take Vitamin D suppliment
7) Use Retin-A on your face every night
8) Use SPF on your face 3x per day. Avoid sun on face.
9) Don't smoke
10) Don't have more than 3 drinks at a time and only drink twice per week.
11) Buy and take at least 2000mg / day of high quality EPA/DHA fish oil + Krill oil.
12) Curcumin + peprin suppliment.

6'0". 175 lbs ripped. In perfect shape. Very good looking.
Skin is fine, but not great for my age (31) because I'm quite white and did not take care of it until recently. Also years of substance abuse.

It's not rocket science.
- Sunscreen every day, no exceptions
- Retin-A
- Clean diet low in saturated fats
- 8 hours sleep every night
- Low stress lifestyle
If you can nail 4/5 of these and you don't have totally shit genetics, you'll probably wind up looking young for your age.
