Isnt the whole point of CSLG's business model to rarely go to trial? Why arent you bringning in trial lawyers when there's a trial? Trying to build up a reputation?

Trying cases is not positive monetarily. We’ve barely made any money in the past month while I’ve been trial prepping.

Not a lot of lawyers would take the cases I’m trying to trial.

I know. Hence my question.

Why are you taking these to trial. Just becasue CSLG says to? To build a reputation as someone willing to always go to trial? As a favor to CSLG's employee?

One of my goals has always to become a member of the American board of trial advocates. It’s basically my only goal as a lawyer.

I think we try these to show the defense we don’t cave all the time. It gives us more credibility.
