rofl this cert opp is hilarious. u can cite a vid of OA as (Justice, J. observing...) apparently?
this short and sweet op is good. cert petitions are such a waste of time in 95% of biglaw cases -- which are totally uncertworthy. are just a way to rack up bills.
smart of G&R not to fall into the trap of a long opp.
