You can go on some Court websites and review recent lawsuits filed. Just download all the complaints to see what other lawyers are doing and then make your own template. - tell ppl realistic settlement ranges early on, even lower than you think is maybe possible, so they have proper expectations
- as long as you can file a decent complaint its almost impossible for you to not get paid something
