As a topic, biglol billing is ripe for mockery and jokery. But you know that 1:1 hour:page programs don't help anyone - the associate getting fired for not making billables, the partner not generating revenue, and the in-house counsel drone wagging his finger at the bill and threatening to port his company's business each month when the invoice comes (as if the input of that washed out taskmaster holds any sway over an officer/board allocation).
