halep is the only other woman to have 2+ YE#1s over that period.
woz has been relatively consistent year-around despite her slam late-round choking. all the other girls are inconsistent chokers too. |

I guess to her credit she does have 30 titles. You're right that she's very consistent, even if she's not great against top players. |
