My clothes fit better. Kicking myself for carrying around the little bit of extra weight for 10 years.
I just need to watch my calories - all I did to drop the weight is 18/6 (approximately) and 1-2 24-hour fasts/week. |

But I do come back from the weekend charged up and more invigorated then my co-workers who don't seem to do much and have no biggie or passion for life.

Cue the transformation montage (posture, weight loss, packing on muscle, focus on trying to improve charm/charisma, etc.) and the difference is night and day. Now I'm constantly locking eyes and getting smiles from chicks in bars. I've had several women approach me and strike up conversation. If I'm on a date they're always playing with their hair or neck.
My issue now is my laid back attitude (i.e., I'm not aggressive enough with women to really take advantage of my improved looks). This is still a work in progress. |
