She sent a 500K demand letter to Geico on an auto case. It was her mother-in-law and she had a shoulder replacement as a result of the accident.
The defendant on that case is a literal 50 year old 4th year associate at a big firm. He then sends her this e-mail (he also left her a threatening VM): https://imgur.com/a/WsOiS8v
My friend then asked me to associate in on the case because it will probably need to be tried and she doesn't try cases. This guy was also a jerk to her and she is a good friend.
